Our mission is to train culturally competent, well-educated professionals looking to grow the field of ABA while serving our community. We boast a supervisory staff that has been with H3 Therapy on average of 8 years, with some, coming up on the 13th year with the company. All but one of our BCBAs began their careers with H3 and we are so proud of what they have accomplished. Additionally, we are proud that the our staff is highly educated, Bachelors and Masters degree candidates are common backgrounds of our staff, with many working towards higher level certifications. We don’t just employ RBTs, we train BCBAs and BcABAs. As private equity funded providers come and go, we have remained our focus on the military special needs families that are our peers. What we offer is truly individualized with an emphasis on individualized programming with preplanned generalization, we are not a one size fits all approach.
