H3 Therapy, PLLC
We are a longstanding Clarksville/Fort Campbell ABA provider since 2012, now proudly serving families from our new clinic at 132 Merchants Blvd, Clarksville, TN. Locally owned and operated, we are proud to be 50-50 veteran and woman-owned. Serving individuals with autism and their families across the lifespan, from toddler to adult. As parents of a young adult with autism, we are here to help you on your journey.
Our mission is to train culturally competent, well-educated professionals looking to grow the field of ABA while serving our community. We boast a supervisory staff that has been with H3 Therapy on average of 8 years, with some, coming up on the 14th year with the company. All of our BCBAs began their careers with H3 and we are so proud of what they have accomplished.
We are proud that our staff is highly educated, with bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates commonly represented among our team, and many working toward higher-level certifications. Two of our BCBAs are currently doctoral students, committed to training the next generation of BCBAs and furthering research that drives our field into socially valid practice. We don’t just employ RBTs; we train BCBAs and BCaBAs, supporting professional growth at every level.
As private equity funded providers enter and exit our area, we have remained consistently focused on serving military families with special needs, families who share our community and values. Our approach reflects a progressive, compassionate model of applied behavior analysis that prioritizes individualized, assent based care, meaningful skill development, and quality of life. We design tailored programming with intentional, preplanned generalization to promote lasting, functional outcomes across environments. We do not believe in a one size fits all model; each client receives care designed to support their unique strengths, needs, and goals.
We work, live, and play within the community we serve—and as the Clarksville area continues to grow, we recognize that many providers are early in their post-certification experience, newly entering independent practice, and may also have limited familiarity working within the military community. While many practices present as BCBA-owned, some are backed by private equity structures that can shape service delivery in negative ways. We truly find it an honor and are proud to bring our specialized experience and deep understanding to support and care for military families in a meaningful way.
