The Behavioral Technician will provide skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the client’s home and/or community as directed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Case Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Bachelors Degree

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or ability to meet criteria for RBT certification.

Ability to pass a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation background check.

Reliable Transportation

Preferred: Enrollment in Masters Program or Post Bachelors/Masters Graduate Certificate Program Highly Preferred.

Strong desire to work with the special needs community.

Experience working with children.

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Previous experience working with children.

Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-16 providing in a classroom or 1:1 setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience, or positions working directly with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
